Job Description:

Your job as a business development manager is to identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.This role revolves around good communication and so whatever business you work in your duties are likely to include:

  • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
  • Planning and preparing presentations (say hello to Powerpoint)
  • Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
  • Overseeing the development of marketing literature
  • Writing reports
  • Providing management with feedback
  • University Graduate
  • Experience sales, logistics operation or related field for over 5 years
  • Good at communication with nice personality that naturally liked by others
  • Knowledge or work experience of logistics, import & export (No knowledge nor experience for this field cannot apply)
  • Fast calculator for basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Able to go for business trip if necessary
  • Fluent in English speak chinese is a plus
Sales Manager (01)

 Job Description:

A Bachelors degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain or Equivalent.

  • Negotiating sales deals for Commercial and Domestics with customers and following up on a regular basis.
  • Manage orders, contracts, and original documentation for import/exports.
  • Arrange the logistics to meet shipping deadlines and liaise with shipping agents and port agents on necessary documentation.
  • Liaise with customers on payments as well as address shipping or quality issues to maintain a strong business relationship.

A Bachelors degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain or Equivalent.

  • University Graduate
  • Experience sales, logistics operation or related field for over 5 years
  • A strong background in sales/business development .
  • A Strong team management experience as well as good leadership and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English, speak chinese is a Plus
Sales Executive (02)
Job Description:
  •  Manage monthly delivery of key reports to the Sales Manager.
  •  Manage weekly sales meetings, as directed by the Sales Manager.
  •  Organize sales events to drive existing and new customer engagement.
  •  Ensure updated marketing materials are accessible to Sales team and create customer-focused PowerPoint presentations from various marketing material. Work with Marketing team for customized content when needed.
  • Manage company visitors and arrange meeting schedules with sales team.
  • Deliver qualified sales leads to the team.
  • Deliver and coordinate bid response information requested by the local Sales team.
  • Provide quoting rates and pricing support.
  • Attend training & development sessions to understand the requirements of Sales.
  • Organize training sessions related to Sales for your branch, as directed by the Sales Manager.
  • Update Sale force and ensure data integrity measurements are met for the branch.
  • Take on additional assignments, as required, in support of company needs.
  • Bachelor degree
